For Clients
Given the shortages in many healthcare fields today, there are times
when therapists may not be available. Whether you have a shortage of
personnel in your geographic area or your own employee is out on a
long term basis, such as a maternity leave, there comes a time when
staffing issues become paramount. While Travel Staffing is generally
a last resort, it is sometimes the best way to deal with the sudden
need of patients and the physicians who refer to your practice.
Apex Staffing provides traveling Allied Health professionals
including Physical Therapists, Physical Therapist Assistants,
Occupational Therapists, Occupational Therapist Assistants and
Speech Language Pathologists to Hospitals, Rehab Hospitals, LTACHs,
Outpatient Clinics, Nursing Homes, Contract Rehabilitation Companies
and schools. We currently supply staff in all 50 states.
Terms and Fees
· 4-26 week assignments (four week minimum)
· Fulltime work (40 hours per week)
· We secure housing and travel services for each traveler
contracted.
· We can negotiate a reduced fee if housing is provided by the
client.
· Our Travel Therapists are employees of Apex Staffing with Workers
Compensation and Liability Insurance.
· Fees include all housing and travel expenses in one easy to
understand hourly rate.
· Our Travel Staff have completed HIPAA regulations and have passed
required background checks, references, health exams, drug testing
and CPR certification prior to placement.
· The Client is always in control when selecting a travel therapist
that we present.
· We insist that our clients interview each traveler to ensure a
good fit prior to placement.

Buy Out Provision
We are always willing to work with our clients in providing a buy
out provision in the event you want to make a permanent job offer to
one of our travel Staff.
