NO! Our healthcare customers count on us to assist them with identifying qualified clinicians for their open positions. If you interview for a position through Apex Staffing, we will also assist you with negotiating an acceptable compensation package.
Can't I find the same jobs on my own?
Maybe, but as you may already know, searching for a position can be a full time job in itself. Apex Staffing specializes in finding both advertised and unadvertised positions nationwide.

Our healthcare clients often ask us about current salary conditions. Because we are constantly working with hundreds of open positions and candidates at any given time, our recruiting managers are in an excellent position to advise both candidates and clients about market salary rates.
Will the client assist with relocation?
Many of our clients offer relocation assistance. Your recruiter will be happy to discuss this option with you.
Do you help negotiate my salary and benefits?
Yes, we are often asked to be involved in helping facilitate the negotiation process on behalf of the client and the clinician. Many clinicians find that it is uncomfortable to directly negotiate with a prospective employer, but they want to be sure they are being compensated fairly. We are happy to assist with this process.
